Son sucesos personales que se producen como respuesta  a una estimulación (inducida) Las experiencias afectan al ser humano en su conducta. Antes de comprender, sentimos. LO DE HOY ES CONECTAR CON LAS NUEVAS REALIDADES DE LAS EMOCIONES DE COMPRA. El cerebro es muy complejo, más de lo podemos imaginar. La emoción y la razón están entrelazadas, pero cuando entran en conflicto, la emoción, siempre gana.&lt;br /&gt;“La diferencia esencial entre emoción y razón es que las emociones nos llevan a la acción, mientras que la razón solo nos da conclusiones”  Neurólogo Donald Calne&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La idea absurda de que es posible predecir racionalmente los deseos de las mujeres ha quedado confirmada, las mujeres no funcionan así... Las personas deben sentirse bien con las marcas y estas deben despertar sensaciones positivas. Eso es lo único que hace la diferencia de una marca  a otra. &lt;br /&gt;LAS EMOCIONES SON UNA ESPLENDIDA OPORTUNIDAD PARA ENTRAR EN CONTACTO CON LAS CONSUMIDORAS. ES UN RECURSO ILIMITADO, SIEMPRE ESTAN AHÍ, DESEANDO SER ESTIMULADAS CON NUEVAS INSPIRACIONES Y EXPERIENCIAS.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“Amamos nuestras  experiencias, amamos nuestros equipos deportivos, amamos acontecimientos, amamos los momentos agradables, pero sobre todo las mujeres  amamos comprar” De alguna manera los objetos definen quiénes somos y donde estamos. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"DE LA INDIFERENCIA AL DESEO"  HAY QUE HACER LAS COSAS DE MANERA DIFERENTE,&lt;br /&gt; Antes bastaba con dar información de su Marca, ahora debe crear relaciones. Antes su marca podría estar entre las genéricas, ahora debe diferenciarla totalmente, si desea sobrevivir.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Posiblemente  su marca era reconocida  por sus clientes, pero ahora deben  amarla  y desearla. Su marca no solo debe hablar  de atributos, ahora debe contar historias, vivencias.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Todos dicen ofrecer calidad y servicio, eso ya no funciona más, es mucho más efectivo que evoque sensualidad. Los atributos que antes definían a su marca ahora envuélvalos en misterio...&lt;br /&gt;Las marcas de moda hablaban de valores,  filosofías...bla...bla...bla...ahora hay que envolverlas en espiritualidad.  Si su empresa es muy profesional, lineal, definida y predecible...lo de hoy es que sean apasionadas, misteriosas,  y locamente creativas...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Convertir a una Marca en objeto de culto no es tarea sencilla ya que debe ir más allá de la razón,  Los, ojos, los oídos,  la piel... “Pero sobre todo la forma en que conecta con sus emociones”...Despierte sueños, inspire, apasiónese  por conectar, solo eso importa..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“EL CONSUMIDOR DE MODA RACIONAL...NO EXISTE”&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La mayoría de las empresas  no están interesadas en escuchar  lo que tienen que decir sus clientes.  La mayoría de las  empresas se han pasado hablando, y hablando...yo, yo, y  más  yo...si no, porque existen tiendas aburridas, confusas, repletas de productos, sin propuesta alguna, personal ocupado en todo menor en el cliente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El entorno diseñado para mostrar los productos y ofrecer un servicio debe responder a los atributos de la estrategia de la empresa y ser congruente con la MODERNIDAD, la CREATIVIDAD, la ELEGANCIA, la TRAYECTORIA, cualquiera que sea el tema que hable de su marca. Todo debe unirse para transmitir comodidad, calidez, contenido, asombro, y no solo responder a las expectativas de los clientes, sino excederlas...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;“lo importante no es la cantidad sino la calidad de la información” que una persona recibe.&lt;br /&gt;“El papel biológico de la emoción es conducir a la acción”  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si un cliente decide comprar su Marca no será el intelecto quien tome la decisión. Todo pasa  por un filtro emocional. El consumo de la MODA se basa en sensaciones subjetivas, y estas sensaciones están vinculadas con estímulos sensoriales que se activan al momento del consumo.
